Updates to 2026 PY Eligible Clinician eCQMs based on Medicare PFS Final Rule
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the Calendar Year (CY) 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) Final Rule, which includes updates for the Quality Payment Program (QPP) for the 2026 Performance Year (PY) and beyond.
The Electronic Clinical Quality Improvement (eCQI) Resource Center has been updated to reflect the electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) specifications available to Eligible Clinicians for quality reporting.
