IQR 4Q 2025 Population and Sampling Data Due May 4, 2026

NOTICE for hospitals participating in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting Program: there is an upcoming data submission deadline on May 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. 

Please see the 4Q 2025 and Annual Hospital IQR Program Checklist and the Specifications Manual for National Inpatient Quality Measures Version 5.17b for more information about the Population and Sampling data submission requirements.
