CMS Issues FY 2025 IPPS/LTCH PPS Final Rule

On August 1, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule to update fiscal year (FY) 2025 Medicare payment policies and rates under the Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) and the Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Prospective Payment System (PPS).

The FY 2025 IPPS/LTCH PPS final rule went on display at the Office of the Federal Register Public Inspection Desk and www.federalregister.gov on August 1, 2024. It is scheduled to be published on August 28, 2024.
