CMS Measures Under Consideration 2022 Call For Measures

The CMS Measures Under Consideration Entry/Review Information Tool (CMS MERIT) is now open for measure submissions!

As part of the CMS Pre-Rulemaking process for Medicare programs under Section 3014 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), measure developers submit measures to CMS for their consideration. The Pre-Rulemaking process helps to support CMS’s goal to fill critical gaps in quality measurement. CMS MERIT will remain open to accept measure submissions through Friday, May 20, 2022.
