Data Element Scope: This set of values indicates that an individual is well nourished or not malnourished or mildly malnourished.
Inclusion Criteria: Terms related to well nourished, not malnourished, and mildly malnourished are included.
Exclusion Criteria: Nutrition screening data and/or data indicating that an individual is moderately or severely malnourished.
