Value Set Description from VSAC
Clinical Focus: The purpose of this value set is to represent concepts for stage 2, stage 3, stage 4, and unstageable pressure injuries.
Data Element Scope: This value set may use a model element related to Physical Exam.
Inclusion Criteria: Includes grouping of SNOMEDCT and LOINC concepts that represent stage 2, stage 3, stage 4, and unstageable pressure injuries.
Exclusion Criteria: Excludes concepts that represent stage 1 or deep tissue pressure injuries.

Constrained to codes in the Pressure Injury Stage 2, 3, 4 or Unstageable value set (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1147.113)
