2024 Draft Federal FHIR Action Plan Released
We are pleased to announce the release of the 2024 Draft Federal FHIR® Action Plan, developed to help guide federal agency investment decisions in and adoption of the HL7® FHIR standard. Federal agencies and partners are encouraged to use this draft plan to identify and address common needs, coordinate among fellow agencies and the broader community, and reuse and advance proven capabilities. The action plan will be a periodically updated resource that will evolve alongside improvements and recommendations made by agencies, the community, and subject matter experts. We will be accepting feedback on the action plan through Monday, November 25; the instructions for submitting comments are available in the draft action plan.
