eCQM Flows

eCQM Flows

eCQM Flows are visual diagrams that show how an electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) is calculated. They walk users through the criteria and data used to determine whether a patient is included in the measure, excluded from it, qualifies for an exception, or meets the requirements for the numerator.

The eCQM flows are available for eligible clinician eCQMs, hospital-inpatient eCQMs, and hospital-outpatient eCQMs.
