The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has published the 2022 CMS Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) Category III Implementation Guide (IG), Schematron, and Sample Files for Eligible Clinicians and Eligible Professionals Programs.
