New Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Support Videos Now Available
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services would like to announce that additional instructional support videos for Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) are now available via the HQR Playlist.
The following videos have been added to the HQR Playlist:
- How to check eCQM File Outcomes
- How to submit HCAHPS
- How to view my Denominator Declarations
- Requesting Security Official Access when ASC has not been added to the HQR system
