Value Set Description from VSAC
Clinical Focus: The purpose of this value set is to represent concepts of a physical exam with visual acuity findings that are 20/40 or better.
Data Element Scope: This value set may use a model element Physical Exam.
Inclusion Criteria: Includes concepts that represent a physical exam with a result of distance vision findings of 20/40 or better.
Exclusion Criteria: No exclusions.

Constrained to codes in the Result: Visual Acuity 20/40 Or Better value set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1483)
