eCQI Resource Center Updates: New Webpage for Clinical Practice Guidelines
Clinical guidelines are systematically developed statements to assist practitioners and patients in making decisions about health care based on latest evidence. Adapting Clinical Guidelines for the Digital Age (ACG) was a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention initiative to improve patient care and health outcomes by ensuring that evidence-based guidelines are easily accessible, and any translation is consistent with the source guideline(s).
The new content on the eCQI Resource Center includes:
• A high-level summary of the ACG
• Tools and resources
• Information on clinical quality standards used for ACG
• Ways to connect
