2024 EH/CAH Program Candidate eCQMs About Tab

Program Candidate eCQMs are eCQMs not yet adopted for use in a CMS quality reporting program. The eCQM specifications use versions of standards and tools designated for a specific reporting/performance period. Program Candidate eCQMs are not eligible for CMS quality reporting until CMS proposes and finalizes through notice-and-comment rulemaking for each applicable program.

Submit feedback on technical aspects of eCQMs to the ONC Project Tracking System (Jira) eCQM Issue Tracker.

Submit feedback on the potential use of eCQMs in CMS quality programs during formal CMS public comment periods associated with the relevant proposed rules.
