Is the QDM incorporated into the MADie?

Yes, the MADiE is a web-based tool, which allows eCQM developers to author eCQMs using the QDM to represent clinical concepts and CQL to represent the logic. The tool provides the capability to export eCQMs in several formats supporting both human- and machine-reading.
