Where do you post any questions or issues about the QDM, expression logic, and/or conceptual data model?

To post a question or issue, follow these steps:

  1. Create an account on the ONC Project Tracking System (Jira). 
  2. Once logged in, select “Projects” from the top menu bar and chose "View All Projects." 
  3. Select “QDM Issue Tracker (QDM)” from the list. 
  4. Click the “Create” button at the top of the page to open the “Create Issue” window.
  5. Complete each information field to provide details of your question or issue. 
  6. Click the “Create” button at the bottom of the window.
