Hospital Quality Reporting Program August 11, 2023, Webinar: Submitting Voluntary Hybrid Measure Data Now Posted

Submitting Voluntary Hybrid Measure Data, an On Demand webinar for participants in the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting Program, is now posted to the Events On Demand tab of the Quality Reporting Center. 

This presentation provides the reporting requirements and Hospital Quality Reporting Secure Portal submission processes for the 2024 voluntary reporting of Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission and Hybrid Hospital-Wide Mortality measure data.

Submitting Voluntary Hybrid Measure Data is presented by Veronica Dunlap, BSN, RN, CCM, Lead, Alignment of Electronic Clinical Quality Measure Reporting, Inpatient Value, Incentives, and Quality Reporting (VIQR) Outreach and Education Support Contractor; Michael Cocchiola, MPA, Project Coordinator, Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation/Center for Outcomes Research & Evaluation; and Alexandra Arndt, Project Manager, Inpatient VIQR Outreach and Education Support Contractor.
