OQR eCQM STEMI Measure Submissions for CY2023

The Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) System has been updated to include submissions for the Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR) Electronic Clinical Quality Measure (eCQM). This update will allow for the voluntary submission of data for the OQR ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) measure for CY2023.


Submissions begin on January 1, 2024 and close on May 15, 2024 at 11:59 PT.


You can complete your voluntary submission of any self-selected CY 2023 quarter(s) for the OQR STEMI measure for CY 2023 by logging into the HQR System and navigating to Data Submissions. You will then have the option to submit using either the Denominator Declaration Data Form or File Upload option on the eCQM tab. In order to submit data, you will need to have the OQR eCQM permission. If you do not have this permission, you will need to create a new access request on your profile page.
