Guide for Reading eCQMs

The Guide for Reading Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) is a resource designed to help healthcare professionals, implementers, and developers understand how eCQMs are structured, calculated, and reported. eCQMs are standardized measures used to assess the quality of care provided to patients, using data from electronic health records (EHRs). In other words, it’s a “how-to manual” for understanding, implementing, and using electronic quality measures in clinical practice.
