Search

To search, enter one or more keywords. Use the filters at the left to narrow your results. The numbers after each filter value indicate the number of results with that value. The search results are sorted in descending order of relevance. Relevance is determined by a number of factors including how many of the keywords appear, how frequently they appear, and where they appear (e.g., the title of a page is heavily weighted).

Keyword Modifiers

Each keyword may be preceded by a modifier. A keyword without a modifier indicates that the keyword should appear. Precede a keyword with a + to indicate that the keyword must appear. Precede a keyword with a - to indicate that the keyword must not appear.

Phrases

To search for an exact phrase, enclose a series of keywords in double quotes.

Wildcards

End a keyword with a * to search for all words with the specified prefix.

Example	Description
aspirin discharge	All pages and documents that contain either the word aspirin or discharge. Words that contain both terms will be ranked higher.
+aspirin discharge antiplatlet	All pages and documents that contain the word aspirin and at least one one of the words discharge or antiplatelet.
-aspirin discharge antiplatelet	All pages and documents that do not contain the word aspirin but do contain at least one one of the words discharge or antiplatelet.
"Ischemic Vascular Disease"	All pages and documents that contain the phrase "Ischemic Vascular Disease"
card*	All pages and documents that contain a word starting with card.
