Help Shape the Future of HQR: Visit the Idea Portal Today

Do you want the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) System? Whether you have a small suggestion or a grand idea, you can submit it to the CCSQ Idea Portal and make your voice heard.

Through the Idea Portal, you can:

  • Create and submit ideas for system improvements
  • Vote on ideas you find most valuable
  • Track and receive updates on ideas that are interesting or important to you

 

Want to submit an idea? All you need to do is share:

  • A title
  • The category that best fits your idea (calculations, design, reporting or submissions)
  • A brief description

You can also include details on how this idea will improve HQR and who or which roles will benefit from its implementation.

We believe great ideas can come from anyone, and we want to hear yours! A link to the Idea Portal is now conveniently located at the footer of the HQR site, where you can already voluntarily participate in research by giving direct user feedback.
