Expert to Expert Webinar: Annual Updates for Acute Kidney Injury for 2026 Reporting Year
The Expert to Expert webinar series provides a deep dive into measure intent, logic, and other clinical/technical aspects of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) to support hospital quality improvement activities. These webinars prepare stakeholders to implement eCQM annual updates effective for 2026 reporting year implementation. This 75-minute broadcast webinar on the Hospital Harm Acute Kidney Injury eCQM will provide an overview of the eCQM and highlight changes for 2026 implementation. Frequently asked questions will be addressed and the audience can submit questions for response during a Q&A segment. CE credit will be offered for the live broadcast only. After attending this webinar, participants should be able to:
- Locate eCQM resources on the eCQI Resource Center website
- Facilitate their organization’s implementation of the featured eCQM(s) annual updates for 2026
- Utilize answers related to common issues and questions regarding the featured eCQM(s) to inform 2026 implementation and use
Webinar is for a technical audience, i.e., EHR report writers, IT staff engaged in eCQM implementation, Clinical Informaticists, EHR Analysts, & vendor staff supporting hospital eCQMs. Attendees should understand eCQM implementation concepts/language.
