Updated Version of Pre-Submission Validation Application (PSVA) Tool with New Warning Banner for System Use Now Available Beginning September 19, 2017

The Pre-Submission Validation Application (PSVA) tool assists hospitals and their vendors to identify and correct errors within their Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) Category I files prior to test and production data submission to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) data receiving system.  An updated version of the PSVA tool (1.2.2) is now available for download from the Secure File Exchange area of the QualityNet Secure Portal beginning September 19, 2017.

The updated version of the PSVA tool will display a new warning banner after logging in, which the user must accept to access the PSVA tool in compliance with CMS Acceptable Risk Safeguards (ARS) 3.0.
