Dates: The Call for Public Comment ran from Monday, February 18, 2019 through Monday, March 18, 2019. The Public Comment Summary was prepared on Monday, April 01, 2019.

CMS has contracted with Yale-New Haven Health Services Corporation/Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (YNHHSC/CORE) to develop an electronic clinical quality measureinfo-icon (eCQM) that assesses the percentage of ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) patients who presented and received appropriate treatment in the ED.
