The Pre-Submission Validation Application (PSVA) tool has been updated and is now accepting submissions of Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) Category I files for the voluntary Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission (HWR) measure to the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program. The PSVA tool assists hospitals and their vendors in identifying and correcting QRDA Category I file format errors for test and production files prior to data submission to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) data receiving system.

Now Available: Cypress v4.0

 

Cypress v4.0 is now available to support 2015 Edition certification for electronic clinical quality measures (eCQM). Cypress v4.0 supports testing the Eligible Hospital / Critical Access Hospital eCQMs and Eligible Professional / Eligible Clinicians eCQMs updated for calendar year 2019 reporting.  The new v4.0 release and release notes are available on the Cypress website.

National Library of Medicine (NLM) released VSAC update version 2.16.7 on June 15, 2018

NLM announced the VSAC publication and downloadable files of the 2018-06-15 release of the HL7 Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) R2.1 value sets, authored by the HL7 Terminology group.
