Next Occurrence: Monday, Dec 18, 2017, 1:00PM - 2:00PM

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) invites you to a webinar titled “Side-by-Side Comparison of an eCQMinfo-icon for Eligible Hospitalsinfo-icon and Critical Access Hospitalsinfo-icon (CAHs) Using Clinical Quality Language (CQL)info-icon.” This is a targeted educational session to show how electronic clinical quality measureinfo-icon (eCQM) CQL logic expression is used versus the expression of logic using the Quality Data Model (QDM)info-icon and Health Quality Measuresinfo-icon Format (HQMF).

The CQL standard (CQL Release 1, Standard for Trial Use (STU) 2) is a Health Level Seven International standard that aims to unify the expression of logic for eCQMsinfo-icon and clinical decision support. CQL provides the ability to better express logic defining measure populations to improve the accuracy and clarity of eCQMs.

This is a targeted educational session for measure implementers and end users participating in the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting  Program and the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record  Incentive programs for Eligible Hospitals and CAHs.
