Seeking Your Feedback: QDM Timing Interval Proposal June 2, 2016 - 12:54pm

In the future, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is planning to incorporate Clinical Quality Language (CQL) into the eCQM development process. To accomplish this future direction, CMS is engaging stakeholders to participate in the development, feedback, and testing of the standard through multiple stages of use in current measures as well as those being developed. When the transition is complete, CQL will replace the Quality Data Model (QDM) logic. To help with the CQL testing, we have created a proposal to update the timing attributes for each QDM datatype.
