The Joint Commission has been working with clinical and informatics experts who serve on a Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) to develop an electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) of PC-06 "Unexpected Complications in Term Newborns".  This is a potential eCQM for utilization in The Joint Commission Accreditation or Certification Programs in the future.
 
The draft PC-06 eCQM has been posted for public comment and will run January 7th, 2019 - February 1th, 2019 (midnight CST)
