About the Connectathon: In 2019 the Patient-Centered Clinical Decision Support Learning Network (PCCDS-LN), supported by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, has worked with stakeholders to develop a prototype patient-facing application to address medication management. During the course of this one day conference, EHR vendor representatives and demonstration application developers will be available to assist with connecting (via SMART on FHIR or similar) apps to EHR portals. This event is open to attendees and will be held in a small breakout room adjacent to the main conference hall.
