The QualityNet Secure Portal is no longer accepting electronic Clinical Quality Measure (eCQM) reporting for Calendar Year (CY) 2016 reporting for the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) or the Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Programs with the close of the submission period on March 13, 2017.
